Start here: choose your workspace

  1. Employees and vessel users: use the MSC access link and your assigned main-website account. Check the vessel and project before entering data.
  2. Shipyards: use Shipyard access and the portal credentials supplied by the office. Agencies: use Agency access and the project access ID and password supplied by the appointing office.
  3. Choose your role in this guide to see relevant instructions. This changes help content only; it does not grant access or change your account.
  4. Use only assigned vessels and projects. If the required vessel or action is missing, ask the administrator to review your allocation.

Remember

  • Main-website accounts, inspection vessel IMO/PIN access and external portal credentials are separate. Do not share passwords or PINs in screenshots.
  • Use the Change password button while signed in to the main website. Verify your current password, enter and confirm the new password, and sign in again if requested. Other main-website sessions are revoked; inspection Office passwords and vessel PINs are unchanged.
